Configuring the content of profiles¶

Description¶

This page is used to configure the contents of profiles, i.e. the sets of project fragments seen by each profile members, as well as the rights they are granted.

1. Select the profile to configure.
2. For fragment to be visible to the profile members, this tick-box has to be checked.
3. Modify the configuration of a fragment visible in the profile. This will expand a configuratoin zone underneath the edited line.
4. The fragment configuration zone being edited (in this example, the ‘Storage’ work model is edited).
   • It is possible to choose from several specific authentication strategies.
   • For SVN work models, choose a lock mode. It is also possible to set a read-only access.
   • For modules, it is possible to impose specific parameters in order to standardize their use, thus preventing users from changing the parameters in Modelio.
5. Validating or cancelling the changes will close the fragment configuration zone.
6. Go back to profiles list.

Accessing this page requires profiles management rights. To edit a fragment’s configuration, work models management, modules management or libraries management rights can also be required.
